Mani Monday: ORLY: Cotton Candy

I bought this polish back in March, when spring was just starting to peek through as a season of hope, and I wanted to get some pretty pastels to celebrate it.

However, I forgot one little detail. I live in Utah, and our winters like to go out like a beast, and Spring hadn't hit until now, when I painted my nails. To celebrate it!

This polish, as pastel as it may look, actually dries with a bit of a neon hue. I had never tried ORLY before and I LOVE IT. It went on smooth and evenly, and kept strong against my job, my baby and my home taking a beating to it. I love that it both was pastel and a touch of neon!

What color are you sporting today?

Sometimes I dabble in Sports Photography...

Bubba had asked me to take some photos of him while playing keeper this weekend. I brought my camera and dabbled in sports photography.

What do you think? Which one is your favorite? I personally love the second one, with no focus and nearly in black and white. Tell me your favorite in the comments below!

Ziti Bake

This is a really easy recipe I found via Pinterest. I did make some adjustments and added to it to make it that much better.

What you'll need:
1 box Ziti noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
1/2 pkg cream cheese
1 cup water
2 cups cheese

How to do it:
Brown your beef. Once browned, add taco seasoning and 1 cup water. Let cook for about 5 minutes on medium to low heat.
Meanwhile, boil your noodles. Once they are just cooked, drain and add to a casserole dish to cool.
Once noodles and beef are both cooked, add a 1/2 package of cream cheese to the mix, stir well. Top with 1 1/2 - 2 cups cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Now what I added:
Corn! We need veggies here people! Bubba liked it a lot more with the corn mixed into it.
Topped with sour cream! It REALLY added a lot of much needed flavor and made it delish!
Now, enjoy!

Product Review: Ivory 2-in-1 Hair & Body

When I got word we were getting Influenter's package from Ivory, I really wasn't sure what to expect. It did take awhile to get to us, and I haven't seen anyone else get this package, let alone review it.

I was skeptical at first, and after reading the label and contemplating it, I asked my husband if he would try it first. I have sensitive skin and the last thing I needed was to break out in a full body rash, so I sent in my guinea pig. So, without further ado, Bubba is going to give a review of this product

At first, I really hated this product. I don't know if I was too tired to enjoy the experience when I used it at first, or what, but I really didn't like it. Upon second try, I found that it moisturizes and conditions hair and skin pretty well. It smelled better than the bar of Ivory soap, and left me feeling clean. However I felt like I had to use twice as much to get soaped up.

So after the husband tried it and reviewed it, I felt like I ought to too. I liked it. I'm with Bubba, I wouldn't buy it, but I am glad I was able to try it. Having a home with two boys I would probably buy it in the future, once little dude is done with baby wash and into more mud puddles.

Final Review: Out of Five: 3
Would I buy this product: No, but I've been loving using it.
Would you recommend it: Yes
Would I post shower photos with it: Well, obviously!

"I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes."

Workman Weds: Happiness is Soccer

If you were to ask Brayden what is funny, he'd tell you, a soccer ball getting kicked around is hilarious.

Its true. He thinks it is quite funny that daddy and he get to go outside and kick this ball around.

It's one of his favorite things to do.

Daddy and Brayden, best friends forever.

Here is the video of the giggles as proof that he really does find this funny. Enjoy!
Happy Wednesday! Hope you're all doing well!
