French Bread Pizza

Once upon a time, I worked at a Pizza Place. After a few months I got really good at making the pizzas and was given permission by the manager to start creating pizzas for the crew (for dinners/parties, whatnot).

After seeing that Reams had a sale on French bread (99 cents for you Utah folks!) I went back to those days of working at a pizza place and knew it was what we had to have for dinner.

What you'll need:
French Bread (I only used half the loaf and it was more than enough for us!)
Tomato sauce (the small can)
Cheese & Pepperoni - or whatever you'd like to put on it!

How to:
1. Cut the bread in half, then take the half you are going to use, and cut it in half again. Tear apart and lay open on the baking sheet.

2. Spread the tomato sauce over the bread using a spoon. Using the bottom of the spoon is best, because you can then spread it without creating a mess. Dress the pizza with a light layer of cheese, and with whatever else you'd like to have on it. I did two layers of Pepperoni and Cheese.

4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes- or until cheese is melted. To brown the cheese, broil for 5 extra minutes.

ENJOY!
